Advanced Subsea Tooling for ROV Intervention Operations
The Jupiter range of subsea tooling systems has been developed to support demanding offshore intervention and production system operations across the global oil and gas energy sector. Designed for use in high integrity subsea environments, the tooling range combines reliable mechanical performance with advanced subsea control and monitoring capabilities to support efficient ROV operations.
The subsea tooling portfolio includes hydraulic torque tools, electric torque tools, Flying Lead Orientation Tools (FLOTs), interface adapters, degraded interface adapters (DIAs) and extender frame systems for a wide range of subsea intervention tasks. Products are available for API 17D, API 17H and Petrobras style interfaces, alongside project specific configurations where required.
Designed for seamless integration with Jupiter 2 Subsea Control Systems, our tooling range is also capable of operating with alternative hydraulic and electrical systems using suitable interfaces. This flexibility allows operators to integrate tooling packages into both electric and conventional ROV systems depending on project requirements.
Manufactured using high-grade materials including anodised aluminium, stainless steel and titanium components, Zetechtics subsea tooling systems are engineered for harsh offshore environments with working depths up to 3,000 msw. The tooling range supports critical offshore applications including valve operation, flying lead installation, subsea production system interfacing, maintenance and well intervention operations.
With decades of experience in subsea control systems and ROV intervention tooling, Zetechtics continues to provide proven subsea technologies trusted throughout offshore energy markets worldwide.
