Live Remote Assistance
Depending on the nature of the technical support request you may be asked by a member of the Zetechtics support team for remote access to your computer. The support team member can then view your computer desktop and share control of the mouse and keyboard. This approach can dramatically aid the speedy resolution of technical issues and reduce system down time.

Jupiter Support Tool
The Jupiter Support Tool has been produced to access assistance for some common problems.
This tool offers the following features:
- Calculators for calibrating analogue sensors and proportional valve controls with Jupiter Control Systems.
- Calculators for analogue and counter inputs on Subsea Display Systems.
- An Excel file to aid in selecting an appropriate compensator size.
- A selection of short form PDF guides for Jupiter 2 Control Systems, including:
- Basic fault-finding guide.
- Torque tool setup guide for configuring the software for tool pre-calibration.
- Torque Tool Calibration Guide demonstrating the configuration and use of the TT Calibrator feature of the Jupiter Software.
